Why this matters
Honest scope protects everyone.
For you.
Cosmetic repair on structural damage is a waste of time and money. We tell you before any work starts whether the damage qualifies — so you can route to a body shop directly if it doesn't.
For the brand.
The reason BumperFix USA stays narrow is the reason it works. Cosmetic mobile repair done well is worth more than expanded scope done poorly.
For the repair.
Workmanship correction is judged against the approved repair scope. Setting that scope honestly is the only way to deliver a result that holds up.

FAQ
Scope & workmanship — common questions.
We'll tell you. If a job needs a full body shop — structural damage, deep panel work — we'll route you there instead of forcing a fix.
Yes — within a defined scope. If there is a workmanship issue with the repaired area, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can review it. The correction policy applies only to the specific repaired area and does not cover new damage, impact, peeling from pre-existing paint failure, prior repairs, rust, neglect, or conditions outside the original repair scope. Touch-ups are improvement-based, not full refinishing — we'll clarify the expected result type before any work begins.
If the bumper is torn, the panel is deeply folded, sensors or airbags are involved, or the structure is affected, a full body shop is the right route. We'll tell you before wasting your time. Not sure where your damage falls? Text photos.
Routing
Not sure what category your damage falls into?
That's the entire point of the photo conversation. Text photos and we'll tell you — cosmetic, route to a body shop, or somewhere in between.
