FAQ
QUESTIONS WORTHASKING.
Most cosmetic-repair concerns come down to the same questions. Here they are — grouped, answered straight, no salesman energy.
Quotes
Yes — color match is the entire skill. We assess from photos before quoting so we're confident in the result before any work begins.
No. Most cosmetic repairs cost less than a deductible. This is built for the jobs where insurance was always overkill.
Text photos of the damage from a couple of angles. We respond with a quote and timing. No commitment until you say yes.
Common reason people text us. Cosmetic correction before turn-in usually beats dealer wear-and-tear charges by a wide margin.
Repairs
Most cosmetic jobs are completed in a single visit — usually 1 to 4 hours including curing time. No multi-day facility stays.
We'll tell you. If a job needs a full body shop — structural damage, deep panel work — we'll route you there instead of forcing a fix.
Yes — within a defined scope. If there is a workmanship issue with the repaired area, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can review it. The correction policy applies only to the specific repaired area and does not cover new damage, impact, peeling from pre-existing paint failure, prior repairs, rust, neglect, or conditions outside the original repair scope. Touch-ups are improvement-based, not full refinishing — we'll clarify the expected result type before any work begins.
If the bumper is torn, the panel is deeply folded, sensors or airbags are involved, or the structure is affected, a full body shop is the right route. We'll tell you before wasting your time. Not sure where your damage falls? Text photos.
Mobile Service
Yes — driveway, office lot, apartment parking. As long as the car can be parked safely outdoors with reasonable clearance, that's where we work.
All passenger vehicles — sedans, SUVs, trucks, EVs. The work is cosmetic correction, not powertrain-specific.
